BEING \TBWA chooses YoolinkPro as its corporate social network


We are proud to announce that BEING – a subsidiary of TBWA – chose YoolinkPro to deploy a corporate social network.

Thanks to BEING WIRED, name given to the platform, the BEING agencies – present in several cities – are now wired. The goals are to share knowledge, projects and expertease, but also to broadcast corporate information.

YoolinkPro Update: sticky notes and highlights


YoolinkPro’s update keep increasing to respond to our users’ needs.

A few months ago, we created the sticky-notes feature so that the admins could highlight important posts on everyone’s feed. This feature has improved since it is now also available for groups and teams. In fact, if you post an important information for the Marketing team, an admin can add it to the sticky-notes of that team and it won’t ‘pollute’ the feeds of those who are not concerned!

Agir chooses YoolinkPro as its internal social network


Agir is an non-profit organisation, created to help public and private transport companies.

In order to improve communication and exchanges between its members, spread throughtout France, Agir decided to create its internal social network: ResoAgir.

Agrosup Dijon chooses YoolinkPro as its internal social network


Agrosup Dijon is an engineering school in the fields of agronomy and agri-food. It also includes the Eduter Institute, dedicated to education and professionalization.

After the merger between the engineering school and Eduter Institute in March 2009, the Internal Communication Department and Eduter decided to deploy an internal social network in order to simplify the exchanges and promote transversality. The tool is mainly used to share knowledge but also to work on a strategic project through different work groups.

Thanks to YoolinkPro their 400 employees can exchange easily, and those who work from home or are in a different campus feel more connected to the main campus.

YoolinkPro Update: filters


2012 begins with a service update: the filters.

This new feature, created to increase the simplicity of the corporate social network, enables the users to find posts even more easily.

The filters are sorted by Type and Family. The ‘type’ stands for the nature of a post, whereas the ‘family’ groups the posts by kind. For example, if you want to find an image, you just need to select ‘images’ in the ‘family’ section, and all the images posted on the platform (files, photo albums, links to images) will appear in your search.

When you filter a search or a feed, the tag cloud represents the most used tags for the chosen filter.

This service is available in the general news feed, but also in the feed of each group, in every user’s feed, and in the search results.

YoolinkPro Update: Full text search in the directory


There are many ways to become an “Expert” on YoolinkPro: contribute to a topic, comment on a publication or join the relevant group. Yet independantly from your current activity on the service, you can be an expert on a topic because of a past experience. So YoolinkPro now features a full-text people search-engine that allows users to find a person depending on his/her current role, past experience, training or what he/she likes or not!

Fiducée chooses YoolinkPro as its Corporate Social Network for Google Apps


Fiducée Gestion Privée is the first independant network of patrimony managers for health-care professionals.

Headquarters need to share a lot of documents with members of the network, they need to answer their questions. So Fiducée decided to deploy YoolinkPro to make collaboration easier among the network. As they already use Google Apps, they enjoy a unique identification to both services.

In order to simplify the administration of the service, you can now access the archives of the monthly statistics and edit the name of a group.
