YoolinkPro Update: sticky notes and highlights

YoolinkPro’s update keep increasing to respond to our users’ needs.

A few months ago, we created the sticky-notes feature so that the admins could highlight important posts on everyone’s feed. This feature has improved since it is now also available for groups and teams. In fact, if you post an important information for the Marketing team, an admin can add it to the sticky-notes of that team and it won’t ‘pollute’ the feeds of those who are not concerned!

But that’s not all! Your corporate social network also enables you to highlight posts on your own profile. For example, if you have just finished writing a study and you choose to highlight it on your profile, it will appear on your profile page so that others can see it easily.

Bonjour,

Comme déjà évoqué ensemble, une “top info” assignée à une équipe n’apparaît pas dans la page principale des membres de l’équipes. Il faut passer par l’annuaire et cliquer sur l’équipe concernée pour avoir la top info. Peu de chance donc de consulter cette top info…
Pour ma part, si j’ai un message important à faire passer à mon équipe, j’aurais souhaité que la “top info” apparaisse dès la page d’accueil pour tous les membres de mon équipe.

Merci pour votre commentaire qui nous semble tout à fait pertinent. Malgré tout, les membres d’une équipe peuvent déjà voir leurs top-infos de deux manières : elles apparaissent dans leur e-mail de synthèse du matin et une alerte jaune apparaît à côté de l’accès rapide vers l’équipe situé dans la page d’accueil.
