Enseigne La Poste chose YoolinkPro to pilot a new project.

The platform enables the regulation of feeds for the deployment of the project, improves communication between the different stakeholders and ensures a tranverse activity, centered on the support of the people part of the project.

Over 100 videos have been published, enabling the users to understand better the changes expected and to accelerate the learning of new processes.
Eric Laurent, Communication Manager, initiated this approach and is convinced that a corporate social network is essential to support the change management component of new projects.

150 people have been invited to join the platform. Employees working in the headquarters, in the IT department and in the involved Post Offices exchange and share on Clic !.

Etalab is a mission that was created on February 2011 under the authority of the French Prime Minister, François Fillon. The mission aims at opening public data and developping the French Open Data platform.

Agrosup Dijon is an engineering school in the fields of agronomy and agri-food. It also includes the Eduter Institute, dedicated to education and professionalization.

After the merger between the engineering school and Eduter Institute in March 2009, the Internal Communication Department and Eduter decided to deploy an internal social network in order to simplify the exchanges and promote transversality. The tool is mainly used to share knowledge but also to work on a strategic project through different work groups.

Thanks to YoolinkPro their 400 employees can exchange easily, and those who work from home or are in a different campus feel more connected to the main campus.

Fiducée Gestion Privée is the first independant network of patrimony managers for health-care professionals.

Headquarters need to share a lot of documents with members of the network, they need to answer their questions. So Fiducée decided to deploy YoolinkPro to make collaboration easier among the network. As they already use Google Apps, they enjoy a unique identification to both services.
